Topic #1 - Retail Gap:

Bradford lacks a good book store. It should be a high priority for retail recruitment.

The area could also use more public Internet access points. Existing businesses that add an Internet area could attract new customers.

Topic #2 - Aesthetics & Gateways:

Promotional and directional signage should be used to let people know what is available and how to find it. This should include Rt 219, at each off-ramp, and between Foster Township and downtown Bradford.

Topic #3: Technological Innovation:

Bradford has good Internet connectivity. That should be marketed when promoting the area. An effort should be made to provide wireless access in public areas. For instance, wi-fi access could be provided around Callahan Park for about $400/yr. The same with Veteran's Square.
